Marcy is our ‘behind the scenes’ person and handles everything from insurance and billing questions to overall administration of the office. After retiring from 35 years in the corporate software development arena, she now develops solutions for our office to ensure our patients have the best possible eyecare experience. Her favorite past times are spending time with everyone in her family, traveling, baking pies and cookies, and crocheting.
Katie, who has been with our office for more than 15 years, is our Patient Relations Specialist and is an excellent Optometric and Contact Lens Technician. But those aren’t her only titles. She is a loving mom to her son AJ and wife to her husband Will. In addition she has two dogs, Abby and Quinn. Katie enjoys taking photos, traveling, and spending time with family.
Not only is Colleen a fantastic Optician and Frame Stylist, she is also a loving wife to her husband, Bill, and a cat mom to her fur baby, Maya. She is the aunt to 6 nieces and 4 nephews, who she loves to spoil. Colleen’s favorite hobbies include drinking coffee, baking, crafting, fishing, watching the Boston Red Sox, and hanging out with her Gram.
Mikayla, our Patient Coordinator, is a loving mom to her daughter Vivian, husband Kyle, and her two dogs Oakley and Olive! Outside of work Mikayla loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her friends and family!
