Katie, who has been with our office for nearly 15 years, is our Patient Relations Specialist and is an excellent Optometric and Contact Lens Technician. But those aren’t her only titles. She is a loving mom to her son AJ and wife to her husband Will. In addition she has two dogs, Abby and Quinn. Katie enjoys taking photos, going on road trips/long drives, listening to country music, and baking too!
Jessica is our hard-working and fun-loving Patient Coordinator, and the smiling face you always see at our front desk. But Jess is incredibly artistic too! She draws/sketches, paints with watercolors, and does makeup (including specific effects and Halloween looks). She’s also learning Korean to enhance her world travels, and has already been to South Korea, France, and Germany!
Not only is Colleen a fantastic Optician and Frame Stylist, she is also a loving wife to her husband of 10 years, Bill, and a cat mom to her fur baby, Maya. In addition, she is also the aunt to 6 nieces and 4 nephews. Colleen’s favorite hobbies include drinking coffee, baking, crafting, fishing, and hanging out with her 92-year-old grandmother.
Marcy is our ‘behind the scenes’ person and handles everything from insurance and billing questions to overall administration of the office. After retiring from 35 years in the corporate software development arena, she now develops solutions for our office to ensure our patients have the best possible eyecare experience. Her favorite past times are spending time with everyone in her family, traveling, baking pies and cookies, and crocheting.
